I lived in the Landings for 1 year and it was one of the worst experiences. The maintenance staff is lazy and the management does NOT care for their clients. The Landings started doing construction last year and the construction crew would hang out right outside my door and drink until 2am with their buddies...(not the safest place). I told the management about this problem and they basically said oh well. There were spiders EVERYWHERE and when I called this problem in they told me they had already sprayed for bugs that year (well apparently it didn't work!). The staff is very rude and they make you feel like you are bothering them if you report a problem. I highly suggest looking else where.

| We are so sorry you left The Landings feeling that we do not care, but we do. Construction stopped in May and that was extremely difficult at times to all concerned. Any problems that were brought to the management staff were handled accordingly. Regarding the bugs we have a weekly pest control service weekly and everything that is reported gets taken care of. | |

The maintance staff is lazy, huh? I bet you are are model employee at your place of employment. These men and women are doing their best to make a living for their family and balance life and work...just like you probably are. And for being lazy, these 20 or so on the maintenence staff take care of the entire property as well as respond to all the complaints, and turn over all the empty apartments to be rerented. There are over 700 apartments that they deal with...I would say that is far from lazy.

Bugs are a huge problem, but that's to be expected next to the woods. What can't be excused or ignored is total idiocy and apathy of the staff. Say what u will but these people are vultures.
