Have to admit I was kinda shocked to see such a low score for the Landings. I am going on my fourth year living here and I absolutely love the place. Sure, Ive had things happen such as heater going out, toilet leaking, oven gave out...but the maintenance at Landings has been there within 24 hours...most of the time within hours of the call to replace/fix all problems for me. Yes there are spiders (we live in the middle of a wooded area) but again the Landings always pays to have the apartment sprayed for them at my convenience. I write all this to say its an apartment complex...sometimes things are going to happen...but the people at Landings have always done an extraordinary job in helping me solve them. This is my 3rd apartment complex to live in...and i have never lived in one for longer than a year until now. The area is great, the apartments are big, and the community as a whole is very safe. I would most definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.
