This place basically blows. Nothing works, lots of noise, and oh yeah, the ----- that runs it now is a ----. Carrie runs the show and by run i mean ignore the residents unless u owe them money, real or imagined. I got screwed into paying an extra month's rent AFTER my lease ended beacause i only gave a 1 month notice that i was NOT gonna renew my lease instead of two. Now, the fact is that i did tell them 3 months beforehand and 2 months beforehand, but not in writing. Instead of being cool and letting it pass they decided to charge me rent plus 500 bucks more for not having a lease... Which they're forcing me to not have by charging me for another month, plus 5 days into the next month. Basically squeezing every penny out of me... AVOID THIS -------- AT ALL COSTS! | This particular lease ended in January, no written notice had been given. The charges are valid charges per the lease agreement. All notices must be in writing. | |

Typical Carrie response. And, Gee Carrie, since it was anonymous, and you have over 700 units how can you be so sure. I do disagree with one thing. Carrie is not a ----. That would be an insult to Nazis.
