I have lived here know under there owners. The one thing that has not changed much is, maintenance of the whole place. You place that things in your apartment be fix and if you don't do it yourself it my take a year or more. As for the hot tub when I asked about it, the office told me that it was filled that day. So I went down to see for myself it was a lye. Over all it's not a bad place to live but still much room for improvement.

| Thank you for your comments. However the maintenance department has excellent percentages of completion of work orders, and that is based on resident surveys. Possibly your work orders did not get thru the system and we look forward to hearing your needs so we may act on any and all repairs. Regarding the hot tub, we have a major problem that has been created with the use of the jacuzzi, hopefully the scope of work that has been approved will take place soon and once again you may enjoy the hot tub! | |
