I love all of the manager responses, like they can actually do something about all the problems. So, are you going to rebuild my apartment or charge me appropriate rent for what I am living in?

The office staff does not suck.... The Landings wins awards every year for their maintenance and office staff! If you hate it hear so much why do you live there? The office staff will gladly let you out of your lease with a resonable payment plan... Find another property that will do that!!!!!!
