This place is spectacular! Best Apartment I have ever lived in hands down. It's roomy and affordable inside and the apartment grounds are well-kept and family-friendly. Beautiful landscape. It feels like a safe little community, people are out and about, walking their dog, playing with their kids, swimming, laying out, etc. The staff is very nice and genuinely so. If you have a maintainence problem, they fix it immediately. No waiting around for weeks at a time, they make you feel like every problem you may have is important to them < even if you're a nitpicker like my husband=) >. Basically, if you are on an Apartment hunt, look no further !!!

So this is obviously a fake post. People are swimming, that is interesting the pool is not open. Good try management. However, try a little harder next time. Don't make it sound so perfect because it is NOT. As a matter of fact it really stinks here and I mean stinks maybe you should take a walk a sniff the dog poop.

I'm not management, nice try though, I don't know what your problem is. I mean what do you expect from an apartment? 5 star living? Look around, most apartments around here are dumps, be thankful for what you have. I came from Mission Brentwood, paid the same price, and got way less for my money (in terms of apt. and staff). My husband and I were taking a walk last night and were looking around thinking, this apartment is even beautiful at night. So quit complaining or move and see how bad apartments are out there!
