this is my first apartment i have paid for myself, so i was sooo excited......
but
they were so nice until we moved in, yesterday i let my small dog shih tzu off the leash to pee outside my door and got yelled at by this jerk named ryan that works in the office, about an hour later a uniformed cop and an off duty one repeatedly banged on my door shouting "FRANKLIN POLICE!" to talk to me about the "incident"
they sent the cops' really' now my neighbors think i am a criminal and run inside when i come out.

I am so sorry that this incident created such displeasure with The Landings. We try extremely hard to take care of our Residents. Regarding your dog, it is policy of The Landings and the City of Brentwood that all dogs are to be on a lesh. The Courtsey Officers are doing the job they have agreed to do. We love our animals and want to protect them by all being leashed when outside the apartment along with obeying the rules of The City of Brentwood.

How would you like it if another residents dog was peeing (or other things) outside your door? Sounds like you got a little growing up to do. You dont live with mommy and daddy anymore.

Yes, They love all animals including all the nasty birds that are living in the eves of the buildings that do their all over the railings, windows,walk ways ect.... As for the Courtsey Officers, They are extreamly nasty and love to go flying around the place like its a Nascar race.

The Landings is NOT in the City of Brentwood.
