These people are crazy!! I love the Landings. I grew up in Brentwood and always thought the grounds were beautiful. When I moved back to the area I was afraid the prices would be too high but found that I was wrong. I am a teachers aide with a low income and find that the price is quite nice. I was offered the option to have an accent wall painted upon moving in and choose a deep red in my bedroom. It is beautiful. When I was offered another wall painted to simply renew I choose a chocolate brown in the living room. I cant believe the quality of the work and the speediness of the staff. I have never had a huge maintenance issue but when I have small plumbing problems they come quick and are SO friendly. I absolutely love the guys who work here. The girls in the office treat you as if you are a new tenet every time you walk in the door. (Not just when you sign a lease!!) I think this will definitely be my last apt. Oh and the best is that this is the QUIETEST apt community I have ever lived in. I cant even hear my upstairs neighbors and they have a BIG dog and the ones before them had a child. Certainly #1 in my book.

no kidding. i've never gotten so much as a hello from the staff. I always have to go and look for them. oh well, glad you are happy :)

He was so nice. When I came home I saw him in the parking lot and asked if he had just finished my unit. I also asked how long it would take to dry. He came in with me to see what I thought of the job and color. He stayed a few minutes and chatted about the color. He also used the vacuum that was in the living room to clean up after he painted. (The mess was mine b/c I thought the vacuum was broken). Anyway, he told me why it wasnt working for me and how he got it to work. So not only was he very friendly, he saved me from looking like a fool at the repair shop tomorrow!!
