The Landings of Brentwood rocks! They treat you like adults and don't hassle you for every little thing. My old apartment, had all these rules for the pool like no beer, no smoking, no cussin, and NO FUN! They literly crawl up your butt if you bring a glass bottle at pool (can beer SUX!) An they go gitmo if you grill out on your balcony. The Landngs isn't like that. Half the pool is like reserved for getting drunk and all the wusses, old people and kids keep away from us. Go to thge pool this weekend and you see every single person on our side getting pasted, 12 packs all over. Pass out and you look like your laying out. At night we rule the pool and, the hot tub when it works. You hear the old guys complain but they know better than say it to our face. I just hope the cops don't go raiding the pool like last year.

We are glad that you think The Landings Rocks, but everything that was stated is not allowed. Grilling on your patio is not allowed at any time, a hefty fine will be given should anyone be caught. The staff does their best to monitor the pool regarding the drinking, but unfortunately people do not respect the postings of our pool rules. We will have extra courtesy officers monitoring the pool areas. We are serious regarding our pools and the behavior of those that do not follow the rules.

Just another example of how much the landings sucks and that the office staff does nothing. You are not allowed to drink at the pool, but everybody does it anyways. The drunks get noisy and cuss in front of children. There is a sign posted that says no glass bottles and no drinking. I hope the cops do come, as a matter of fact I will start calling them myself because I am tired of it. If the office staff will not step up I will. And then there is the grilling on your balcony. If you were my neighbor and did that I would kick your butt. That is a huge fire hazard. I guess you like it here though because the office staff sucks and lets idiots like you break very important safety rules.

lol this is so true of the landings there is always a group of people getting drunk and i have even seen the maintence staff and office staff look right at them and say nothing to them about it they have a huge window by the pool so you know they see them. there all lazy as long as they are getting there money they dont care. so PARTY ON

I WISH my neighbors were grilling. Instead, they are too busy using their fry daddy, which stinks up my apartment AND is so dangerous!

If you honestly think that what you posted sounded like you were mature or cool, you are wrong. What kind of person is proud of cussing in front of children or spending the day and "all night" drinking by the pool. Also, I do not understand how you are there "all night" seeing as how the pools close at 11pm? AND,after posting "I just hope the cops don't go raiding the pool like last year" I would not be suprised if they showed up. YOU MY FRIEND.... ARE AN IDIOT!
