What is so funny about this website is how many ratings is on The Landings of Brentwood. Compare how many there are- to the other apartment's on here. There is truly a problem. What is even more funny than that is how the manager is always coming back with excuses and defending, defending, defending. If there wasn't a problem people wouldn't be writing SO MANY. I looked at these ratings around a over a year ago after I had moved into The Landing's and didn't really know what to think but I didn't care because the staff really helped me on getting in my apartment. I also never had a problem with anything so I didn't even think about it! But I have recently put my notice in since my lease is expiring and WOW I can not believe the trouble I am having. I am not having trouble with the staff but the manager. She is very rude, non-professional and I strongly feel she has been very dis-honest. I have only talked to her a couple of times due to she seems to be always out of the office due to illness. But when I have talked to her like I said -very hateful! I feel I was a very good tenant and played by the rules I don't feel she has the right to disrespect me, my time, or my money as she is trying to do. I go back thru these comments now and I truley believe she is not a trained professional and she causes most of the hupla that goes on at The Landings. I think maybe she has some issues in her personal life, she may need to take care of before hurting the company she works for. I have been very dissappointed but I hope people look at these ratings and have some COMMON SENSE like I wish I would have by reading all this mess on these ratings because in the end no matter how beatiful the land is here and how great the pools maybe no one needs to go thru this trouble and be treated like I have been. Lastly, I was asked from a staff member a couple months ago to come one here and give them a rating since they are having to many complaints and they had helped me with a maintance issue I am so glad I didn't and waited because I would have been eating my words.

I am the Manager and my name is Cat...I have reviewed our notices to vacate, but I cannot locate your notice, maybe you haven't submitted it yet. After reviewing all the notices and the list of residents I have spoken with arrangements have been made mutually satisfying to all. Which leaves me to believe we have not spoken. It is my job to defend our staff and property, but if you have dealt with me then you would know when a mistake is made we own up to it and attempt to do our very best in correcting the mistake. This site is mainly made for people who want to complain it seems as though people take great satisfaction in tearing down others, my job is to respond with honest and heartfelt answers so the public has both sides of the opinions!
