Overall our experience at The Landing of Brentwood was a good one. We really enjoyed live here. The apartment as a whole was very nice and had great upgrades. Great appliances and lighting fixtures. The wall color was wonderful. Had a great neutral tone. Not that white bland color. You could also have a option of a accent wall. The choices were great warm colors and went with our decor well. When we needed thing fixed, which was not often they came and fixed then as quick as they could. In our unit there was a washer and dryer that was great!! Also our unit had a great location right next to the pool and had a great area to walk and enjoy the outdoors. When we did decide to move out they were very helpful with all of our needs. We did have to break the lease and they were very understanding and helped us out. I took my lease agreement in with me and she was able to tell me how much I needed to pay and then worked with me on a agreement to not have to pay a large amount to break the lease. So if you have to break the lease in this apartment, they will help you and work with you to the best of their ability. You just have to ask.
