Apartments are pretty nice but staff is incompetent - I've had few maintenance issues and they have always been extremely prompt about addressing them. Thanks to the Landings! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Other apartment communities in this area are not that way. You can tell that they care. I also love by balcony, it's quiet and with plenty of trees. Again, much nicer than other communties where I've lived.
