Landings of Brentwood 43% Recommended Apr 16 2008: I have lived in several apartments in the Franklin and Coolsprings area. Including the Landings which I have to say has been the worst experience that I have ever had. If you are considering living here I highly suggest going Landings of Brentwood 43% Recommended Apr 15 2008: The roads have potholes. Our building has termites. The weather sealer on doors and windows either has gaps or is leaking water and letting in outdoor air. They cut down all of the beautiful trees. They painted all of the Landings of Brentwood 43% Recommended Apr 09 2008: I've lived here for 3 years. My apartment is quite comfortable. Sometimes repairs have taken a long time but not usually, and not on anything important. I haven't had problems with staff. They've been very nice. Only once have I Landings of Brentwood 43% Recommended Apr 07 2008: There are problems from apartments not looking like the model, to bugs coming out of the woodwork, staff does not respond to complaints, are rude and don't care about you once you sign the lease.
