I thought this place would be great, but boy was I wrong. I liked the huge living room and dining area, but that's where the positives end. Bugs were a constant problem when I lived there, I guess because of the woods being so close. I saw 2-3 spiders a day, silver fish, and roaches on a regular basis. The cabinets are cheaply made and falling apart, the a/c didn't work well at all, and I could hear everything my neighbors said (and did). It was just filthy when I lived there.

The office staff were very unhelpful and rude. Parking was a constant problem. Also, having only one shower, and it being upstairs really stunk. I hated having to go upstairs all the time. Why couldn't they have put a master bedroom downstairs'

Also, I felt so unsafe there. The sliding glass door off the dining area was great as long as no one felt like breaking in. It would be so easy for a thief to break in to those doors. There are a lot of freaky noises at night too.

I was so glad to get out of there!

I agree with everything written here, especially the bugs. They are all over the apartment! I had to have their exterminator come out every month and there was still a problem.
