Where else can you find an apt. that has two balconies, fireplace, large garden-style bathtub, and a floor plan of 875 square ft. for under $500' Sure the walls are not the most soundproof, but that's typical of any apt. complex. Have had no problems with management and maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. Definitely recommended.
