The apartment itself had issues including mold, very old carpet, and ceiling falling. The leasing office has one goal in mind: to get as much money from you as they can. No flexibility or help regarding moving or notice, questionable decisions regarding the deposit and just no help overall. I would never put my name on the dotted line for them, your wallet will lose weight.
