Unclean, hazardous living conditions.

Our air filter had not been replaced by maintenence therefore our apartment air conditioning system shorted out causing smoke to fill the apartment. I called the fire department and they came to the property but could not notify anyone in the office. They said it could have been a lot worse...all of our things smelled like electrical wiring smoke after the incident,and the people living above and below us had smoke in their apartments as well. We terminated our lease promptly.

It is the resident responsability to change your air filter. They even proovide them for you... RETARD!
