Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This is a terrible place to live. Rats in my apartment. Management refused to do anything about it. Many people have also had there cars broken into. Management won't do anything to resolve the issue. Air conditioning never worked after several repairs. Averaged about 90 degrees in the apartment this spring and summer. Didn't have hot water for over a month in my apartment.
