Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
We have had VERY rude neighbors & as long as they pay rent, the mgmt does not care what they do. We did have a bug problem when we first moved in but they did bring in exteminators. However, in the 2 years we have been here, the mgmt has changed 3 times! Parking has also been HORRID! People double park & we can barely get out for work. :(
