we live in the "villas" part under the new management, now called "the riverview grande". it has been a horrible experience since day one. the rehab is piss poor. we viewed the apartment with no electricity, when the lights came on we wanted out - but the lease had already been signed. you can hear every footstep, conversation from neighbors. the electricity flickers all the time and shuts off on a weekly basis (not due to unpaid bill). the manager was supposed to get us into another apt, but has never called back. the rehab manager was supposed to come "in ten minutes" to clean up all of the paint on the floors...that was two weeks ago, no show. there has been two times they've nocked on the door and before i can get to it they're letting themselves in. counting down the days to get out of here!!! it smells like dog crap outside and the landscaping is bad.

the dog crap smell was the landscaping retard. and why did you move in if the electric wasn't on and you couldn't see it. And guess what, apartments have other people above, below and beside you. you folks are killing me the more I read. Damn, get a house. I don't want you for a neighbor anyway.
