my building has been infested with roaches sine I moved in. They keep saying they are working on it. Since september when I moved in it still has the same problem. The storege space in the floor plan is an extra fee. The workout room in the villas equipment needs repairs. The noise is unbelievable. The two year old that lives above me runs and jumps all the time. I hear him screaming and crying. Don't have a conversation in the bathroom cause the person below you can hear EVERYTHING. The put new landscaping in, replaced the doors and made some renovations then after a year they jack your rent 60 dollars. My advice keep looking!!!!
