The Ashford has been renamed to Riverview Grande, and merged with The Cardo, which is now known as the Villas at Riverview Grande.
I lived at the Cardo, or Villas, and it was an average experience. The apartments were not in the best condition, and maintenance was very inattentive. I looked here again recently, and while it looks much better, no one in the office looked like they were over 20 years old, and it looked too "fake" to really be good.
