Nice community, RUDE OFFICE STAFF!

This place is not the best. Yes, it's on the edge of North Chattanooga, and in a decent area, but the office staff at the time I was there were RUDE beyond belief. The manager at the time, Kim, is the rudest person alive. The maintenance men were always excellent, and never had any issues with the maintenance crew. The walls/ceilings are too thin, and you can hear everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING your neighbors do. My best advice: look elsewhere. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
