Very Loud

Residents are definately very loud. There were many mornings I awoke a six a.m. to hear the television of my neighbor upstairs a what sounded like full volume. Children like to hang out in the middle of the parking lots. Some residents play loud music all afternoon long. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
