The two bedroom townhouses are a great deal for college students or young couples. I have enjoyed living here for over a year. The management is friendly and some staff knows me by name. They were very flexible in my lease given my future plans; after a year, I rented month to month for a short period. The mantainance man is very helpful. The noise isn't bad, but I think it greatly depends on your neighbors. I did have some items taken from my patio area, which resulted in a police report, but later found them set up else where in the complex. I haven't had issues with theft since. There are a lot of children here, and they are around in the evenings riding their bikes, which is a bit of a hassle. I mainly wanted to write this review to give another view in light of two negative reviews.
