Too expensive, heard every noise my neighbors could make including dogs barking (and complaints over there are IGNORED so don't bother), no utilities included, didn't feel safe, servicemen are extremely shady... Office staff is extremely unhelpful and get real nasty once you have a problem. There are no grocery stores in the near vacinity either. Rent is too high, there are much nicer (and less pricy) places to live in Chattanooga. Moving was the best move I made from there, and you don't get your deposit back in a timely fashion or without having to hassle them.
