The only problem I had while I lived here was with the aforementioned ants. A little spray kept them down.
OTHERWISE, what more can you ask for. Reasonable rent. Downtown location. Safe. There were quite a few UTC students, but they were well behaved.
This is the best place in Chattanooga for a young professional to live. Close to downtown hotspots, workplaces, and health clubs. Has a pool and view! Geta 1 bedroom.
