well duh, the previous poster is going to hype up the place, he WORKS there, hello!!! Lived here 2 years, moved out as quickly as possible. ants were terrible, handymen WERE shady (i.e., they sleep with residents, need i say more''') as previous posters reported... noise was terrible and dont even think about complaining because it gets you NOWHERE. view isnt worth a hill of beans if you cannot sleep at night (and im not an unreasonable person but being kept awake all night long by people running up and down stairs and leaving their dogs alone overnight while they howl continuously...) plus i could hear everything the guy downstairs was doing, from slamming cabinets to talking.. could even hear his alarm waking him up every morning (it woke me as well!). management gets NASTY if you present a problem to them (i.e., noise) , nice as pie if you need something repaired though. definitely glad i left, plus there are no grocery stores nearby, definitely a pain, and parking downtown is a nightmare so what's the point of even being close to downtown. move to red bank and be close to stores, 153, etc. would NOT recommend. feel free to email me at princess1180@yahoo.com for further details.
