I have lived here for about 10 months and all I can say is that the first review hit the nail on the head. Dont let the looks decieve you the exterior of the buildings looks pretty good but the interior is shotty. The only thing I have to add to the first review is that during my 10 months here we have lost power at least 8 times and the water has been turned off at least 10. Not only for about 10 minutes either but the water has been turned off for up to 7 hours. I strongly discourage living here. The only positive thing I can say is that you can get a decent sized apartment for the price.
