We have been here for about six months now. We have lived in two different units in this complex. The first unit was on the first floor and had a new stove. There were a few things that maintenance needed to fix and the staff was eager and pleasant to address the issues.

The second unit is an upstairs unit that squeaks a great deal. The dishwasher is "new". There were still things that maintenance needs to work on. The staff was again pleasant and eager, but the parts needed are on order and have not been received now for a month.
