Even if you are fortunate to get a decent apartment here, the management situation is horrid!! Since signing the first lease there have been 3 or 4 different managers and one regional manager,none of whom knows what's going on around here. After catching a mistake with the first lease(wrong apartment listed), now we're being told that there is an addendum that says that our rent is $680 with a discount that brings the rent down to $595 a month. (The lease I have is one page with no addendum) Nobody in their right frame of mind would pay that amount for this dump. Furthermore, the maintenence here is also a problem. With each new manager, a maintanence-man leaves ; bringing the total to 2 now. There are 100 units in this complex alone, not enough to keep up with repairs. As nice as it looks on the outside, there are too many problems to list with this place to recommend it to anyone.
