What is going on , the new staff do not have a clue!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This was a good place to live. Again I say was. I think when the entire staff leaves that should be a sign that things are really bad. The new staff is rude and not helpfull at all.The maintanence staff has also changed. Sometimes it is days before you can get the repair you need.
