The new management, which took over earlier this year is awful. It takes days to get a maintenance request answered,(as opposed to hours under the old management) and they may or may not leave a copy of the work order. When you call to make sure they haven't forgotten, the office staff becomes exasperated and rude. The old staff and maintenance crew were great, except for the office manager but at least things got fixed.The quality of new tenenants has also fallen to a new low, I now live in what seems like a frat house. Noisey parties and stereos blasting till all hours, the police always being called, make this the worst place in which I have ever resided. I have been here for 7 years and can't wait till my lease is over. I'm moving out!
