I know that alot of people have had their ups and downs but, I love it here. Now that the maintenance problem has been dealt with I get things done on time. Those ladys in the office have really turned things around. My neighbors are alot better. It seems as if their standards of who they lease too has improved also. I don't know if this new company has raised the bar on credit scores but looks like they have. I feel safer than ever before. The hoodlems are finally gone.
