We moved out of the courts recently and we had cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. Upon giving notice that we were going to leave they told us that we would not get our deposit back. I was fine with that they also told us that we would have to pay the next months rent and we would be finished. upon leaving and going completing the final walk of the apaetment the ask us if we had a check for over a thousand dollars and I asked why they stated that they were going to hire a cleaning crew because they wanted it cleaner. FOLKS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL ______________ YOU FILL IN THE BLANKS. WHEN YOU LEAVE HIRE A CLEANING CREwW AND A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING CREW. To makes matters even worse they tried to sell us a washer and dryer that does not even wash clothes good and a dryver that does not even dry clothes. Beware the manintence crew changes so much that the person heading ther crew when you move in might not be the same leader the next month they might not ev en be there.
