My wife and I have lived here going on 3 years We have had problems from the get go. Mostly small problems but the lastest one tops the cake. We moved in a bigger apartment about 4 months ago. 3 weeks after move in we noticed a leak when it rained. Well staff was told came and of all things added more mulch thinking it would help LOL next time I took picutres and they came and cut out a section of carpet in may well its july and that section of carpet still hasnt been replaced. Several days ago it rained and almost the whole living room was soaking wet. They came cleaned carpet rip out the padding. Said they fixed problem next day well the next rain came and still leaking carpet still rip up and everything. I also have a young child that Im concerned about with mold and such. 3 months of having problems coming home to the carpet ripped up is to much. The staff here SUCKS!!!!!! not just maintaince EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
