I do not believe for a minute that the staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Sometime things happen that is hard to figure out! I have had some issues, but they have always been professional and friendly and prompt. Since the new staff has gotten to the property, we have new paint and new pipes! I am going on 3 years of living here, and I love it! I really wish people weren't so rude!
