I can actually say that I don't have any problems with living here. I can do my thing without crazy neighbors. I love my apartment b/c I don't have to listen to drunk people in the stairways b/c I have my own entrance. I think for the price this place is jsut as good as the brand new places. I get the same features and a lower price. Great job with the new paint, it looks great. Oh yeah the property is beautiful.
