Usually when someone leaves a complaint on this website it's because they don't get what they want or they owe money and don't want to pay. There is always 2 sides to every story. This website is not reliable!

Sometimes things happen. I think overall the staff tries to make things better. You're probably right.

This post seams to be made by the management. There are several posts at different times complaining of bad attitudes in the office and that usually indacates a problem with management not with the tenants. I will definately stay clear of this complex in my hunt for a new rental.
