I just want to say that if you notice people are only mad on these types of COMPLIANT sites when they feel that they have been wronged. I am sure that you people come to the office and yell at people. I would be rude to you if you yelled at me too. As many of you state you actually did have damage. I think it is funny how everyone has been so wronged but if you read their "compliants" they say how they messed up. Try to give people a break sometimes and maybe if yo are nice then the niceness will rub off.

As for water shut offs and notes... well sometimes the water has to be shut off to fix the problems that people make. And, if you paid your bills on time and didn't wait until last minute then maybe the note going to your door won't cross paths while you are paying the bill. We all know that to mail every notice is crazy. Just be a good person and good things will happen to you. OH YEAH...have you truely priced a counter top lately... $69 is a joke. Maybe you shouldn't have damaged it. And a little bleach will take anything out.

I think we have some management here

This place sucks, the management does not care about you and they treat you like crap when you leave. It does not matter how long you have been there. I had very bad experiences with the maintenance of the facility and then was held accountable for those things when I left. Many work orders were put in while I was living there dealing with the same issue. This issue which was out of my control caused damage to the carpets yet I was held accountable.

yes I think that message was from managment! lol...and yes I have priced countertops lately and I know that the nasty cheap laminate type arn't going to look great no matter how good you take care of them after 7 years! Lowes has some wonderful laminate for $69! I was just there! DUH and its a LOT prettier than those cream/ yellow ones that are in the apartments.

Um...No this is managment and we are shocked to see this review. FINALLY, someone has common sense. You cannot replace just 1 countertop in a kitchen when they won't match the others. Would you lease an apartment with different color countertops?

Will the real management please stand up... LOL. Where are the names? It's countertops, not talking about the mafia. Own up, mngmt or otherwise. I do have to say that the novice thought of "Try to give people a break sometimes and maybe if yo are nice then the niceness will rub off." This is a very poor business statement. If there are rules, or grey areas, that is what they are, this statement infers that they bestow "pentance" for a tenants "boo-boos" at their own discretion. NOW that is scary. Anyone who works knows, customer service is customer service. If they are nice or not. You have a job to do and you do what is within your power to do to assist, because that's your job. I think tenants complain and feel so fustrated because they don't have that feeling. That's why all the major businesses have spent exstensive time training their staff on customer service. Perhaps extended training for staff would bridge the gap between the MNGMT ----'s and the angry tenants with spotted counters. be nice
