Amy, Your thoughts are appreciated. However, these reviews are from current/former residents to give a "Heads up" to potential renters and management posts are often flamed. Most of us give kudos to the management when applicable, but we share on this site to so none of us gets another "bag over the head, punch in the face". I would advise to put up or shut up and you will get nice reviews, especially if you are concerned and treat the residents with courtesy, respect and truly help your customers. When rented my last place here in DC, I checked this site for my building. It said the people were nice, management was attentive and roaches infested floors B2 through 4. I chose apt. 802, two years and only the random roach ever appeared. Most of us are not attacking you personally. We do come a bit unglued and will flame when management poses as "Completely satisfied customers" and "the maint. engineers are wonderful and.... the grounds and .. blah blah blah". We just want to know the bad so we know what to expect. Take care

Dear happyhomeowner1212, I appreciate your comment. I do understand your position of this being a site for former/previous residents to give others a "heads up." I did not post my review to upset anyone. My sole purpose in wriiting my orginal review was to give the option for someone to contact me with any concern; whether it be with maintenance, other residents or any employee. Being that I am the new manager on site, I wanted to inform prospects, current residents and former residents that I am here to help. I am simply asking for the opportunity to address a concern before it becomes a problem.

First you are going to have to accept that you are not always right before you can help fix a problem. Being humble is not always the easiest thing to do, but it is the most admirable.
