We have been living here since February. The office staff is incredibly nice and they are willing to help whenever they can. While living at the Courts there have been few maintenance issues, but they were quickly fixed by the maintenance crew! However, we recently had a baby and we've decided that we are going to break our lease because we don't want her to live in these conditions. The day we came home from the hospital the air conditioner didn't work and since then they have cut off our water so that they can work on pipes or whatever they may be working on. Don't get me wrong this would be ok IF THEY HAD GIVEN US A LITTLE NOTICE. It's sad when you call the office to report your water has been turned off and all they do is say...Ya we know It will be back on in an hour. Then five hours later it finally turns back on. I guess if you need somewhere to live and your on a tight budget then it would be great. However, if you are trying to raise a child or you want a really nice apartment I wouldn't recommend it.

Also if you are moving here so that you can enjoy the pool...it's hardly clean. Most of the time it looks more green then anything.

The notice thing they have a problem with...I totally agree. We were recently ran out of our apartments due to many pipes busting (which seems to be a regular thing here) and was offered no help. The manager has not been helpful at all. I am ready to get out of here, if she doesn't charge an arm and a leg to leave due to the complex poor plumbing. I don't beleive that it should be on the resident to have to sit in a soaking wet apartment in below freezing weather. Just a little FYI for the manager, sometimes it take a person to be more personable if you want to continue to carry the good custmer relationship and keep your residents. I guess we will find out how much she cares.
