Worst Apartment Experience I have ever had

I lived here for three years with my daughter. On the outside it seems like a very nice community. However, from day one of living here I was disappointed. No one painted my apartment or replaced the carpet which badly needed it before I moved in! But after paying almost $1000.00 to move in and going thru heck on the paperwork I sucked it up and tried to deal with it and accept it. The first frustrasion I began to deal with was people calling my phone at 2:00 am and 3:00 am from the call box at the entrance to be let it. See all residents phone numbers are in the box at the gate. All though you can't see the actual number you can dial by name and call people at any hour!!!! People would come home drunk and call me hoping I would be nice and let them in even though I didn't know them. Then, someone continuously set off the fire alarms in the buildings. Then,,,poeple sale and smoke pot to the point I think I could fail a drug test just from breathing it in every day! If you try to call or go to the leasing office it is ALWAYS LOCKED! I think maybe....MAYBE 5 times in 3 years they were actually open and anyone who lived here knows that is not an exaggeration. There are kids playing ON and around your cars causing damage to your cars and if you call the office (to leave a message of coarse) nothing is done about it. My car has so much damage after living here I could scream. After I couldn't take anymore I gave notice to move out at the end of my lease. I was told I had to pay to clean my carpet BEFORE I moved out so they didn't have to pay for it.''' What apartment community does that' No one told me that when I moved in. And trust me...I don't care of GOD himself cleaned the place...no matter what you do they will not give you back your deposit. Over all I think these are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. The staff should want you to be happy and make some effort to correct the issues. Never once did anyone ever repsond or send a letter trying to correct it. I am very upset about my experience here and recommend you NOT live here.

It is not legal for landlords, apartment managers, or any other representative "well that is just too bad" about your refundable deposit to well be REFUNDED.
A list of all damage with prices and explanations must be provided. And if it is not accurate dispute it with them, if you are ignored request fax, mailing, and phone numbers for their lawyer and/or legal department.
Just deciding to keep someone???s deposit for no cause is THEFT!
