After doing my internet homework on apartments in East Ridge, choosing the top 7 in the area and visiting my choices, I can say that I am well pleased with Dogwood Place Apartments. My apartmnt has a modern 'open concept' design in the living area which is exactly what I was looking for and also a large master bedroom and walk-in closet. I love the smaller bedroom as my home office and library. Appliances are up-to-date and in great shape including the full size washer and dryer that comes with the apartment at no extra charge. Neighbors are very friendly and the staff could not be more helpful.The views from my apartment are perfect and the setting gives one the feeling of being in the country. There is a train track and Interstate 75 way beyond the property, but those are sounds of civilization and they are not intrusive. I can only say that I love it here and plan on staying for quite a long time
