I lived here for approximately 8 months and my air conditioner went out, I had a bug infestation, and my dishwasher caught on fire. The last straw was not having hot water for 7 days! Staff refused to discount any rent for my major inconvenience!

yes and dont forget the lies they tell you when you move dont fall for carols saying you can have your deposit back if you clean it and leave it the way you found it because that is just another way of getting free service out of you , let them clean it , work once in awhile for their money , also i never had a closet , a little spot in the hallway a closet what a joke , better off in a motel room
