I moved here last summer, only to be completely disappointed in every aspect. The maintenance is awful! Had to call about 5 times to get my AC fixed and when the guy finally came, he was rude and complained the enitre time. I did not even feel comfortable with him being in my apartment, I kept the door open and stood by it while he stood in front of the vent because he was hot! Not appropriate at all! I never had a positive experience with the management team either. The lady who rented me the apartment was the only one I would even speak, and they hired a new lady when I was there and she was awful. She was rude, and acted like I was an interuption when I came in to pay my rent! It's pretty from the front but the buildings are run down and the woods are infested with bugs and racoons. The racoons were even getting into the buildings and digging through the ceiling into other people's apartments. It did not happen to me, but happened to my neighbors. The parking is the worst part. There are about 4 spaces for each 12 apartment building and you can't ever find one. Not worth it, don't spend the money, move on!

I have lived in Fontaine Woods for over 6 years. The office staff is one of the best and I have never had problems with maintenance staff performance. When I put in for a repair it is taken care of in no more than 48 hours. Once my a/c went out in the hottest part of the summer and it was attended to within an hour after my call. Yes these apartments are one of the oldest in the area and yes, they do need some "perking up" and things have started happening. All apartments received new kitchen appliances last fall. New roofs were put on all the buildings a couple of years ago. The buildings have all had exterior painting. I love living here. The convenience to stores, schools, churches is great. And it is woodsy and absolutely beautiful in the fall with the leaves changing colors and in the spring with all the new leaves and it is quiet. It's home to me!

I know what you mean by rude and nasty and unprofesional this they are , very much so and as far as uncomfortable yes i am the same way i am glad its not only me that feels this way about these nasty ppl
