I lived in Fontaine Woods for a year. When I moved in my apartment had a horrible musty smell. This smell attached to all my things and in turn made my things and me smell. I had a mold infestation. When I notified the manager that I had mold it took them forever to come and fix it. I had to speak with the owner before anything was fixed property. Three months before I was about to move out the mold came back growing through walls and at the wall base. The apartments are small and no light shines in them. I could hear everything the lady who lived above me did. I have lived in numerous different rental properties and this is by far my worst experience. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

i am out of here asap! hate it . i dont like the maintenance issues and the musty smells yeah i bought lamps and i still cant see in here even when i turn them all on and i do have 20/20 vision, i can hear everything the person above me does too, plus noise is a big big problem here , and as far as the rodents, well i am just going to leave it for the next tenant to deal with ive asked management to send exterminatrs 2x now, i bet they are reading this right now , and trying to cover their butts as usual by signing in as a tenant and posting all these wonderful things about this wretched place well all i can say is . if you dont like noise bugs rudeness from staff and you dont want to lose your internet all the time and walk outside to use you cell best keep looking elsewhere i know thats what i did and i will be happy when i am gone !
