You can plant pretty flowers and make the grounds eye catching but what is it really like at Fontaine Woods. I will tell you its noisy at night, lots of dogs barking some are free to roam around for a few hours a day and a few cats like to sun themselves on your vehicle. The inside looks nice if you can get an apt with new carpet. But make sure you have all the eyes for your stove when you move in and be prepaired to clean it since their cleaning crew is not the "top of the line" Parking depends on what time you get home. If you are planning on going out at night hope you get a parking spot near your own building. The people in the office will have a smile for you but know that you will have to put in that maintenance request at least twice before it is fixed or you give up and live with the problem. So, if you are a young adult this setting would be eye catching if you are looking for a nice place to call home I would suggest looking somewhere else

i agree with you on that one, way to noisy no ones cells work here the the staff is extremely rude and nasty especially carol , and julie , they act like it hurts their feelings to help you out , and their response is move if you dont like it , yep know where you are coming from there ,screw these ppl .i have water leaks and have to pay my own water here maintenance is a pain to deal with never fix anything, they make the outside look nice but when you live inside is what matters most

Totally disagree with the "Anonymous" post. I lived at Fontaine woods in 2004 and was very satisfied with all of my encounters with Julie. (Carol is a little stiff...) I have recently moved back and one of my reasons for coming back was the great people in the office, JULIE!, and the quiet and friendly people that live here. No need to spend tons of money to have a fancy looking place. These apartments have recently received new appliances, vinyl in the bathrooms and new tubs (VERY NEEDED)! I enjoy where I live.

I have lived at Fontaine Woods for over two and one half years, I feel all things considered it is great! I have not lived in an apartment complex in thirty years, there fore I was very picky. Since moving here all of my maintenance request have been resolved in twenty four hours in most cases. One was resolved in less than two hours. The price per square foot is very reasonable. As for the grounds it reminds me of my stay at a Disney Villa. If I shared any complaint I do not like how some tenants have water included in the price of their rent, where as I pay a percentage of the total usage of building 9. It is my understanding that some of the new move in specials inlude water now.
