If I had known how loud and slummy this place was I would never have moved in. Management does nothing. Ive had children screaming beside my bedroom window til 3am...kids play basketball against your cars and there are always a million people in the road so that you cant get through...It really sucks...if maintenance needs to fix anything (i.e. Water) they dont prewarn you they're going to shut it off!
