is not worth it

I don't think is worth it to be close to the mall and other great stores. The people from the office is great in the beginning after you move the just lie to you like crazy and you end up paying for every little think in that apt. I had a complain and they never took time to fix it and apoligized that is the worst apt complex that I ever lived.
