This is a very nice place, with everything clean and new. On the down side, The excercise room is nice, although they need more machines & space. The pool is nice but where there should be a hot tub there is a 1.5ft kiddie pool that is never used! The carpeting is VERY cheap. It gets stained and crappy looking, even with no spills. I have steamed mine twice this year and it keeps getting worse. It is very thin. The parking is a NIGHTMARE! People hog up spaces with boats and motorcycles that are being stored for two months, when there is a space on the back of the property for storage. I've had to park on a curb (climbing 3 flights with groceries in hand), and someone hit my car, denting the bumper and left it like that. There is one garbage dumpster and it is at the back of the property, if you live at the other end, you have to drive there. Also, having dog poop everywhere is supposedly prohibited, but beware! People do not clean up after their animals, there is crap at every corner! And this policy is NOT enforced at all. If you hate dogs, this is not the place for you. Overall I would suggest this place, since it is one of the newer communities in town, but if you want a convenient parking space, you better plan on renting a garage for an extra $60-80 a month. And they say market rent is $660 for the smallest one bedroom, but I know people that are paying $499, myself NOT included.
